Directions:
Take Seremban Highway south to Kajang Exit (210). Trip to 0km at Toll.
Immediately after toll, follow signs to (1) Semenyih-Cheras-Kajang by going left (0.2km) and left again at 0.6km.
Bypass Kajang staying in the right (SILK) lanes heading for (1) Semenyih & Sg. Long.
Pass through 2 Tolls, (Sungei Ramal and Bukit Kajang) and keep in centre lane to Seremban-Semenyih-Saujana Impian,
Exit left at EXIT 1804A to “Semenyih”. Pass earlier exit to Jalan Semenyih.
Around 13 km tee left for Semenyih town proceeding straight through 3 sets of Traffic lights.
After Semenyih at 16.6km turn left onto B34 (Broga Road)
At 24.6km in Broga village at right hand turn, sign posted Ulu Berenang, go straight.
Drive straight until you see temple in front of you
At temple go straight continuing down pot-holed road, go right at fork in road.
At next junction go straight (black tarmac road) and continue until you reach black gates for Al Qaeda training camp.
DO NOT ENTER but turn left immediately in front of gates and drive onto open area where hare’s X Trail BHQ6330 will be parked.
Or
Take New highway from Cheras, past Phoenix Plaza heading for Kajang/Semenyih/Seremban, Continue on to Semenyih then as above.
The traffic to Semenyih is pretty bad on Sat afternoon. Allow enough time for this.
Bring Mossie repellent.
On On was going to be at the restaurant renowned for its fresh dog, but it has since closed. Will try to find decent substitute.

Another flat run in the plains of Hulu Langat
Find your way to Phoenix Plaza (Cheras) and proceed on the highway to the toll plaza.
Set trip meter to zero. Immediately after toll plaza take exit # 702 (Hulu Langat), but stay on the right lane.
At 1.3 km, at the traffic light opposite police station, turn left towards Pangsun.
At 8. km, pass the mosque on your left and go straight at the 2nd set of traffic lights at 8.9km.
At 10.5 km turn left into Taman Agroteknologi road.
Follow this road for a few km until you see the Hash sign on the right hand side at 13.5km
Mosquitos repellant will be useful!

Make your way towards Semenyih town.
In Semenyih town set tripmeter to zero at mosque and traffic lights .Go straight for Seremban/ Broga.
At 0.8km pass Petronas station on right.
At 0.9 km turn left at traffic lights towards Broga and continue along winding road.
At 4.0 km pass entrance to Nottingham University. Keep going straight towards Broga.
At 7.7km directly opposite Rabbit Funland turn left into palm oil estate and park. Hasmobile is a Red Toyota 4 wheel drive WFU800.
Directions to On-On restaurant
Turn left at road from car park area towards Broga town. At 1.3 km you will pass an intersection in the centre of Broga town. Keep going straight. 100m after the intersection on your right is Restoran Fook and Rakan Rakan with a Tiger Beer sign.

For those who have never been to this beautiful run site following are the directions...
From KL make your way to Cheras & follow the CHERAS-KAJANG Highway towards Kajang/ Saujana Impian/ Semenyih. Go thru 2 tolls.
Just after the TESCO supermarket in Saujana Impian (Kajang) you find your first Traffic Light after leaving KL.
Zero tripmeter at T-light. Go straight at this T light. At 7.4 km keep left for Semenyih. (you are now on the old Kajang-Semenyih Road.)
At 8.3km Traffic Light go straight. After this you enter the crawl into Semenyih town. At 9.3 km Traffic Light turn left, direction signposted B32 Kuala Klawang (note School & Mosque on your right).
(The Mile Stones on this road read B19 Pekan Hulu Langat.)
At 17.9 kh turn right & cross narrow bridge. Immediately after bridge turn right. Follow signs to run site at 19.0 km.
OnOn- Restaurant Sg Jelok
Go back to Semenyih. At traffic light turn right towards Kajang.
Zero Tripmeter at T-Light.
Continue following this road & go straight to Kajang.
Pass thru 8 Traffic Lights. After 8th Traffic Light (7.2 km) you will see a CALTEX station on your right.
Immediately after this turn right at Traffic Light #9 (7.3KM)
Signposted: Pejabat Penjarah / Sg Jelok
First Restaurant on the right, about 200 mtr from T-Light.

Directions:
* Fasten your seat belt, drive north on NKVE and exit Rawang.
* Pay Sami at toll, turn right at T junction (traffic light).
* Drive carefully behind trailers and lorries along this road passing 2
Petronas petrol stations on either side of the road.
* After Petrol stations, stay in right hand lane and turn right at
traffic light approx km 1.7. Pass On On venue, Restoran Equatorial on
your right
* Continue a further 200 meters before turning left to parking.
* Park orderly next to hash mobile, a land cruiser.
A run which takes you back to mother nature awaits you!! See you there!!
