Find your way to Phoenix Plaza (Cheras) and proceed on the highway leading to the toll plaza. Set trip meter to zero when your car is directly across the road from Plaza Pheonix’s front entrance. At 0.3km turn left into Cheras Hartamas. At 0.9km take a right turn. Follow this road and head towards Taman Bukit Segar 1 entrance. You will have to follow the right turn and later wind down into a valley. At 4.0km , you will reach Taman Bukit Segar 2 entrance. Follow the right turn again and go straight till 4.3km. Turn left at junction here. Go straight down to the run site (pass the Bukit Hatamas Arch) at 4.7km.

Direction #1 from the new Guthrie Corridor highway (for people living near Sierra Mas, Sungai Buloh):
Take the North South highway in the direction of Rawang and Exit at 115 (Guthrie corridor h/way)
Pass 3 toll booths and Exit at 3505.
Keep driving and TURN LEFT before the 1st set of traffic lights
Drive straight and TURN RIGHT at the 2nd set of traffic light below the flyover
After ~500m, turn right into the tunnel to Bukit Cahaya. Follow Hash signs.
Direction #2 from the South
Take the NKVE towards Klang.
Take Exit 103 in the direction of Jelutong/Shah Alam (this is the exit just after the one for KLIA).
At toll set tripmeter.
0.4km, take the ramp up left (Route E35 in the direction of Bkt Jelutong/Kuala Selangor/Ipoh).
2.6km, take the slip road left (Exit 3506). If you miss this you will be on the new Guthrie Corridor Expressway.
3.1km, traffic lights, turn right.
3.2km, traffic lights, turn left.
4.5km, traffic lights, go straight.
5.7km, traffic lights, go straight (Monterez Golf Club on the left).
7.0km, just after Shell petrol station on your right, turn left. Go under the freeway and continue straight to the run site. "

# 1 - From the north, Sg. Buloh via GCH (Guthrie Corridor Highway)
Take PLUS North-South Highway towards Rawang & exit at 115 towards GCH.
Pass 3 toll booths & exit at 3505.
Keep going and turn LEFT before 1st set of traffic lights
Go straight & turn RIGHT at 2nd set of traffic light below flyover. You are on Jalan Sg. Buloh.
Drive along for about 500 M, turn RIGHT to Desa Permai Subang/Kayangan Heights/Bukit Cahaya.
Direction #2 - From the south, PJ/KL via NKVE
Take NKVE (North Klang Valley Expressway) towards Klang.
Exit at 103 in the direction of Bkt. Jelutong/Shah Alam (this is the exit just after exit for KLIA).
At toll, set tripmeter to zero.
0.4 km, take ramp up LEFT(route E35 to Bkt. Jelutong/Kuala Selangor/Ipoh).
2.6 km, take slip road LEFT (exit 3506). If you miss this you will be on GCH & may continue to exit at 3505. Refer to direction #1.
3.1 km, traffic lights, turn RIGHT.
3.2 km, turn LEFT. You are on Jalan Sg. Buloh.
4.5 km, traffic lights, go straight.
5.7 km, traffic lights, go straight. (Monterez Golf Club on left)
7.0 km, Shell station on your right, turn LEFT. Go under highway and continue to run site.

On-on is at the famous Choong Foong Restaurant.
Direction: Go back to Jalan Sg. Buloh, the main road where you came in.
Turn Right towards Klang/Shah Alam.
Turn LEFT at traffic lights.
Drive for about 1 km, turn LEFT at T-junction.
Go straight for about 300 m, Restaurant Choong Foong is on
your LEFT. This restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable rate. Ample parking space & air-conditioned comfort, etc.
On-on-on is at Bojangle, Desa Sri Hartamas.
This pub is situated near Burger King Restaurant, behind a big fitness centre visible next to Sprint Highway as you come in from north using PLUS. Excellent rock music from 80's & 90's & pool table will definitely end your weekend in a great way. You must come & find out & have a good destressing time.

Old Road), Look Out For Shell Petrol Station On Your Right Hand Side And Passing By Templer’s Park, Slow Down, And About 2.2 km From Shell Station Turn Left (Ipoh 183 Mile Stone) Into Rimba Komenwel Park. Do Be Careful As The Left Turn Is On A Bend, Look Out For Hash Signs.

Drive Back To The Main Ipoh Old Road. Before Getting Out of Junction Adjust Tripmeter To O Turn Left Towards Rawang. Go Straight. You Will Pass The First BHP Petrol Station On The Left. At About 3.2 km You Will Reach The 2nd BHP Petrol Station On The Left. Make U-Turn Immediately After BHP Station. Restoran Choon Nui Is On Immediate Left. Due To Lack of Parking Space At Restoran Choon Nui It Is Advisable To Park Next Or Near BHP Petrol Station And Walk Across The Road To Restaurant.
