From P.J turn into Taman Tun Dr Ismail at traffic light junction opposite One-Utama Shopping Complex. Pass through two traffic lights and at T-junction 3rd traffic light, turn left. Go straight and pass two more traffic light and at T-junction 3rd traffic light (you'll see a mosque opposite) turn right. Go further for about 600 meters, turn right for 400 meters and park around bridge over Penchala Link.

Go to old Gombak – Bentong road.
At “kilometre stone” “Bentong 53” (reads as Ben ong with no 53 on it), turn immediately left.
See HASH sign. Drive carefully up old bitumen road (about 1 km) to entrance gate to MIMALAND and park outside the gate in an orderly manner so that all can park.
Longer instruction for the uninitiated:
Follow Jalan Kuching northbound out of KL.
Turn right at Batu Caves’ roundabout towards Kuantan.
Set trip to zero as you exit roundabout.
At about 2.8 km watch for sign on left above road for Jalan Gombak.
Follow sign towards Jalan Gombak.
At 3.4 km, go straight through 2 sets of traffic lights.
At 4.6 km turn left at yellow/green mosque (at traffic lights) into Jln Gombak.
At 8.8 km go straight through traffic lights (Islamic International University on right).
Trip your speedometer to ‘zero’ again. Look out for “kilometre stones” to Bentong.

From MRR2:
- Make your way to MRRS (towards Genting Highlands/Kuantan)
- Trip speedometer at 'Carrefour pedestrian bridge overhead crossing' located within Ulu Kelang
Industrial Area.
- At 9.3 km turn left to Kuantan.
- At 10.1 km, turn left towards University Islam International (UIA).
- At 11.8 km, turn left again.
- At 12.8 km, turn right towards Bentong. You are now on the old KL - Bentong road. Look out for Bentong km
stone markers.
- At 17.5 km (At “kilometre stone” “Bentong 53” (reads as Ben ong with no 53 on it), turn immediately left and follow instructions above.
You know what, we discovered that the Proton car can make it to the top!!! Proton Boleh! Kancil - hmmm... dunno about that!
ON ON Directions: Stay put where you are until you are told where to go!!!
There are many stray dogs around the runsite. Pets are not recommended.
Please bring your chairs if you need to rest your "derrieres".
As we are in the midst of mother nature, there are bound to be loads of 6-legged winged visitors, so mozzie repellant is a must!
Can't guarantee the heavens not opening up, so you know what to bring.

From Batu caves take old road to Ulu Yam past the dam.
At T–junction just after bridge turn left & zero trip
Turn right at 0.9km – sign posted Genting Highlands
Turn right at 2.6km into plantation – Awas, missing drain covers
Run site will be 600m down this track at the football field
For newcomers and people who need more English style directions:
Take Jalan Kuching northbound out of KL
Turn tight at Batu cave roundabout towards Kuantan
Take first left turn after the roundabout
Follow road round to the left and left again past road works and take third turn right after Pan Heong restaurant with big Coca Cola sign
Go straight across junction with strange lampposts
Past a couple of schools and a mosque
After Petronas station on your left turn right – signposted Ulu Yam
Follow road all the way (around 24km) until you reach T-Junction just after a bridge.
Turn left and zero trip.
Turn right at 0.9km – sign posted Genting Highlands
Turn right at 2.6km into plantation (opposite Simpang Ke Genting Highlands sign). Beware of missing drain covers.
Run site will be 600m down this track at the football field.

From KL, get on to the Kesas Highway heading towards Klang. This can be done from Seremban Highway or from Federal Highway via Sunway or Subang Jaya exits. Pass various toll plaza’s and look out for Kemuning Toll Plaza.
@ Kemuning toll plaza set trip meter and follow signs for Banting. M / KM readings are approx:-
@ 4.8 mile / 7.7 km look for Exit 502 Banting. Exit up slip road and turn left to Banting. Keep straight.
@ 9 m / 7.7 km pass thru Telok Panglima Garang. Pass big NEC factory on right. Keep going straight.
@ 11.1 m / 17.8 km come to Carey Island round-about (NB for On-On) & go left to Banting / Morib
@ 13.5 m / 21.7 km pass thru Jenjarom. Keep going straight
@ 14.9 m / 24.0 km look out for BHP station on left and slow down
@ 15.5 m / 25.0 km look for traffic lights with turn off to left marked Kampung Seri Cheeding. Turn left
@ 18.4 m / 29.6 km watch out for speed bumps as you pass thru Kg Seri Cheeding
@ 20.2 m / 32.5 km turn left into “BOH PLANTATIONS” - bear right thru open boom gate into mixed tea & oil palm estate
Follow hash signs to car parking area adjacent to estate village / football field. Park along road side. Beer wagon at old badminton court
This is virgin running territory and the hares have obtained special permission to set the first ever run for PH3 on this beautiful estate. A very pretty run is promised in unusual terrain with inter-cropped tea and oil palm. The run will be faster and slightly longer (10k) than usual, with no big hills or single file jungle bashing. Or at least, hardly any (!). Please do not let us down with any littering etc.
ON-ON is at sea-food adjacent to Carey Island bridge. Proceed back towards KL and at Carey Island round about take left exit and follow signs to Carey Island. Just before bridge turn left into sea-food restaurant over-looking Carey Island channel. Usual tasty sino-gweilo fare. Anchor @ RM11/ bottle. And a ‘wee dram’ - if you are lucky.
