Directions:

Get on to North South Highway heading towards Rawang.
Take exit to Rawang... pay toll.
Turn right at the traffic lights.
Drive on pass the Petronas Station.
On your right ....Drive on and lookout for sign posted HHH.
Turn right at sign that reads RAWANG LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.
Keep driving on pass the factories on both sides of the road until you see
HHH sign and turn left to runsite.
Please park along side the road . Bring mossy repellant and torch light

Directions:

Go your merry way on Seremban Highway, heading South from KL.
Ignore KAJANG Exit. Take BANGI Exit that’s next.
Pay Samy your 2-bits and zero your tripmeter:-

At roundabout, do 3 o’clock turn.

1.8km T-Junction@Mosque, go Left
2.9km T-Junction after bridge, go Right.
5.4km DENGKIL / BANTING Signboard on Left, turn Right.
7.7km Cross the Bridge@Bkt Unggul Eagle and carry on
11.9km Pass under overhead Pedestrian Bridge and carry on
13.3km Turn Right @ road detour and then Left @ the immediate T.

Drive safe & slow for 300yards. Smile & sing Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer.
HASH Sign@bend, turn Left into dirt road and drive <1 km inside.
Park where you are impacted by the hares’ black-is-beautiful 4WDs.

Directions:

1. Take Seremban Highway south to Kajang Exit (210). Trip to 0km at Toll.
2. Immediately after toll, follow signs to (1) Semenyih-Cheras-Kajang by going left (0.2km) and left again at 0.6km.
3. Bypass Kajang staying in the right (SILK) lanes heading for (1) Semenyih & Sg. Long.
4. Pass through 2 Tolls, (Sungei Ramal and Bukit Kajang) and keep in centre lane to Seremban-Semenyih-Sarjara Impian,
Exit left at EXIT 1804A to “Semenyih”. Pass earlier exit to Jalan Semenyih.
5. Around 13 km Tee left for Semenyih town proceeding straight through 3 sets of Traffic lights.
6. After Semenyih at 16.6km turn left onto B34 (Broga Road)
7. At 24.6km in Broga village at right hand turn, sign posted Ulu Berenang, go straight.
8. Drive straight until you see temple in front of you and park before temple in front of abandoned Restaurant .

Take New highway from Cheras, past Phoenix Plaza heading for Kajang/Semenyih/Seremban, Continue on to Semenyih then as above.
The traffic to Semenyih is pretty bad on Sat afternoon. Allow enough time for this.

Directions:

This is a runners’ run! The area is rather flat with low hills. A favourite place for wild boar hunters! So, come run with bright colours and avoid black lest you want to get shot at!!

Directions via LDP:
- Get on the LDP (E11) and head south towards Putrajaya. Most probably, you will pass Western Digital and the ‘famous’ Canon/Olympus Bridge across the Federal Highway.
- At the Petaling Jaya toll plaza, trip 0.
- 2.2km pass IOI Mall.
- As you approach Exit 1118, keep to your right of E11.
- Move to the left as you see Tractor Malaysia on your left.
- 5.4km, veer left.
- 11.2km, Puchong Selatan toll plaza.
- 15.6km keep left and head towards Cyberjaya.
- 16.5km, take left.
- 19.5km, taffic lights and Limkokwing University on your right.
- 22.0km, traffic lights and turn right towards Multimedia University.
- 22.2km, go straight at traffic lights (HSBC on your right).
- 23.3km, take left.
- Drive straight and you will see hare and co-hare 4-wheel drives – White RAV4 with a black Ford Escape.

Direction via KL-Seremban Highway:
- Pass Sg Besi toll plaza.
- Take Exit 210 (Kajang).
- Trip 0 at Kajang toll plaza.
- Take ramp up towards Putrajaya.
- Pass Petronas Station on your left.
- Head towards Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
- 3.8km, keep right (Do not take left exit to Putrajaya!!)
- Head straight towards Cyberjaya.
- 9.7km, take left.
- 11.8km, take left.
- 14.9km, pass LimKokWing University on your right.
- 17.5km, turn right at traffic lights towards Multimedia University.
- 17.8km go straight at traffic lights (HSBC on your right).
- 18.7km, turn left.
- Drive straight for 2km and you have arrived.

Directions to Seafood Restaurant Dengkil:
- 0km at run site.
- 2.0km turn right and go straight at traffic lights.
- 3.3km, turn right at traffic lights towards Dengkil.
- 4.4km go left towards Dengkil.
- 5.1km straight at 1st traffic lights and at 2nd traffic lights, turn right.
- 7.9km, veer left and head towards Dengkil (you must have passed Petronas Station on your left by now; otherwise, you are on the wrong road mate!)
- 9.3km go underneath road-bridge.
- 11.6km just after pedestrian bridge, the restaurant on your left.

Directions:

1. Take Seremban Highway south to Kajang Exit (210). Trip to 0km at Toll.

This run site is only 25-30 minutes from Sg Besi Toll, but allow for likely slow traffic in Semenyih.
