Directions:
Make your way to Rawang, and onto the North bound KL/Ipoh trunk road. Pass Serendah and at traffic lights at Batang Kali township, turn right for Genting Highland and head for Ulu Rening. Proceed for 1.9km and slip left at new traffic lights. At 3.4km slip left again, and 7.2km turn right at TNB sub station. At 7.4km pass wooden Bridge km and at 7.5km slip left

Directions : Drive back to Serendah and exit. At traffic lights at BHP petrol station reset trip meter. At 300 meters turn right and drive for another 600
Meters. Rest is on RHS.
Note : If you reach the traffic light at Sg Choh you have gone too far.

Directions:
A leisurely 35-min drive northward along the north-south PLUS highway from KL and exiting at Lembah Beringin.
From the toll station, 0.3 km left; 1,9 km turn to the right, pass the Beringin Golf Club.
Follow the winding road through the abandoned housing estate and pass the gate.
Watch out for potholes. At 3.6 km you hit a T-junction, turn right. At 8.7 km turn left steep down a slip road over a bridge, right hand is the parking area.
Ima will set a very normal run with a surprise at the end.
The co-hares will add on a few more km's, climbing some hills with a view and passing lovely streams.
If you proceed on that "training run" for the masochists intending to do ball breaker runs and alike...then get your 2 l water-pack ready and take along a torch...

Directions:
A new run site for Petaling and only 30 mins drive from the Jalan Duta Tolls
• Get onto the North South Highway heading north towards Ipoh.
• Exit at the relatively new Junction 119 signposted Bukit Tagar, Batang Berjuntai.
• Pay toll.
• 1.7km turn right through the first gap in Armco barrier. (Do not overshoot or you will have to drive 6km to the next U turn)
• Drive 200m along road to the Tenaga Sub Station. Hares car Mitsubishi Pajero WHW 4226.
Note: As usual at this time of year the weather is hot. The runsite is open so non runners are advised to bring their own shade/sun block.
