Make your way to the Jalan Duta / Jalan Kuching roundabout. Set trip-meter to zero. Head North along Jalan Kuching for approximately 11 km. Turn left up slip road upslope, signposted Pejabat Daerah Gombak, and veer left before traffic lights above. Cross a short metal bridge and turn right at divider-break to go under arch signposted “Welcome To Bukit Lagong”. Go all the way to the end, along a long and winding road running parallel with a river. Park inside open car park near hare’s “yellow submarine” and cohare’s black CRV roadhog

Option 1
Take the highway to Rawang get off turn right after the toll. Go through Rawang town continue on to Batang Kali town (approximately 22 Km) at the lights by the police station, turn right toward Genting Highlands & Ulu Rening, Ulu Yam. Drive towards Ulu Yam, at 1.5 km a digital traffic lights by a Shell station go straight. At 3.8 km go straight. This turn is by the Lucky Like restaurant. At 4.3km turn left into run site. Beware of missing manhole covers as you enter the site. Drive carefully road is quite rough for approximately 700m to old (overgrown and no posts) Football Field
Option 2
Take Jalan Kuching exit to Batu Caves at the big roundabout go through Batu Caves town at the traffic lights by the Mosque, sign posted Ulu Yam turn right and continue on roughly 6 kms. Turn right towards Ulu Yam.You drive for approximately 22 km along the reservoir road to Ulu Yam. When you arrive in Ulu Yam town turn left at the small bridge go into town, In the centre of town (50 M past 7-Eleven [which is on the right]) turn right, the sign post says Genting.You should drive past the Police station, Drive on for roughly 2 km. Pass main entrance to Batang Kali Estate with managers and workers house and then turn right into site. Beware of missing manhole covers as you enter the site. Drive road is quite rough for approximately 700m to old (overgrown and no posts) Football Field
2008 Hash Challenge is on and there will be a normal run at the finish for those not up to the full challenge

From PJ and KL, make your way to Cheras expressway heading towards Kajang. Make sure Phoenix Plaza is on your right as you head towards the first toll. About 300m after the toll turn LEFT to Ulu Langat and Pekan Batu 9.
Do not use the left lane on the slip road that forces you to make a sharp left turn.
Drive through the village and at traffic lights at the police station and turn LEFT. Drive for about 8.8km and at traffic light in Ulu Langat turn right towards Tekali/Kuala Kelawang.
Follow this road 10.5km over the mountains until you reach T-Junction at water reservoir,
Turn right at the T-junction and proceed for 5.9 km. Entrance to Seri Baya Resort is a small road on the left. Expect hash Signs.
If you reach the public recreation area at the waterfall you've gone ~200m too far.
Cross bridge into resort and follow road to right then left. We're up the back near fish ponds.
Alternative direction
Drive over the hill from Ampang backway to Pekan Bt 12 Ulu Langat. At traffic 2 o'clock across to to Sg Tekali. Tripmeter "okm" at police station, go for 11.1 km over the mountain. T-junction, turn right along seminyeh dam for 5.9 km to Sri Bayu Resort at Sg. Tekala on your left.

Travel North (that is towards Ipoh) on North-South Highway to Junction 120 (Lembah Beringin). This should take 35 minutes from the Jalan Duta Toll.
Pay toll and set tripometer to zero
At 0.6km turn left
1.8km turn left you are now driving directly towards a school.
2.3 turn right off road into open area between abandoned shop houses.

Take Jalan Kuching North from KL to Ulu Yam Batu Dam scenic route.
Set 0 Trip meter at Batu Caves Roundabout . 3 0’clock exit to Batu Caves/ Karak/ Kuantan and head to Ulu Yam road.
At 2.9 km Turn right at the traffic lights with the Mosque on right hand side.
At 7.0km Turn Right. Drive pass Batu Dam and up and down the hills.
At 28km Turn left immediately after the school at your left hand side and pond at the right hand side. Sign posted
Drive along the fence to the back of the school until the metal bridge and park in an open area beside the mini waterfall/ stream
Note : DO NOT PARK IN ORCHARD. ANY CAR PARKED THERE RISK BEING DAMAGE

Head back to the main road and turn left to Ulu Yam. Cross the bridge and head into Ulu Yam Baru.
At T-junction in town center turn right, the sign post say Genting. Drive for approx 2.3k to cross
road to Genting. The restaurant is on the left of the cross road
