Directions
Travel whichever way to Rawang (e.g. via Rawang exit of N-S highway and Rawang by-pass) / Sungei Choh (e.g. via Bukit Beruntung exit of N-S highway).
Head North up the old Ipoh Road passing Serendah and the big Golf Ball.
500 meters after "IPOH 164km" milestone turn right.
Drive for 1.9km and turn right.
Another 600meters turn right again and drive 400 meters up slope and park.
This is all a nice paved road - no worries for normal cars.
Expect good scenery and a large waterfall to cool down under.
ON ON - Restoran 218. Serendah
Directions: Drive back to main road and left to Serendah.
At traffic lights at BHP petrol station (Serendah) reset trip meter.
After 300 meters turn right and drive for another 600 meters.
Rest is on RHS.
Note : If you reach the traffic light at Sg Choh you have gone too far.

Directions
Take the NKVE towards Klang.
Take exit # 103 (Bukit Jelutong, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Shah Alam, etc.) and proceed north onto the Guthrie Corridor Expressway.
Take exit # 3505 for Bukit Subang and turn RIGHT over the top of the Guthrie Corridor. Proceed to the T-junction and turn RIGHT again onto Jalan Sungei Buloh going towards Monterez intersection.
After about 1km - turn RIGHT at the light (may or may not be working) with hash signs.
If you reach a Shell station on your left, you missed the turn - go back!
Drive to the end of the road and park.
If you want to avoid the Guthrie Toll, try these directions:
Get on the NKVE going towards Klang.
* Take Exit 103 - signposted Bkt. Jetulong; Shah Alam.
* Trip Meter at Toll Gate.
* Go straight beneath elevated highway and stay left for Bkt. Jelutong, K. Selangor, Ipoh
* 3.0 kms. Turn right at traffic light to go under the highway
* 3.1 kms. Turn left at traffic light.
* 4.3 kms. Continue straight at traffic light.
* 5.6 kms. Pass straight through the Monterez intersection.
* 6.7 kms. Pass Shell petrol station on your right.
* 7.6 kms. Take the next left (traffic lights & hash signs)
Go under the Guthrie corridor, drive to the end of the road and park.
Alternatively, if coming from the north, it may be easier to go via Jalan Sungei Buloh from Kota Damansara or Sungei Buloh.
For Kota Damansara, take NKVE exit #107.
About 1.5km after the toll, take flyover to Persiaran Surian (heading north). After flyover, turn LEFT at 2nd lights (after passing McDonalds on right).
Turn LEFT again at T-junction onto Jalan Sungei Buloh.
Stay on this road (towards Shah Alam) and look for the right turn about 1km after the aforementioned exit to the Guthrie Corridor.
On On - Garden World Restaurant
From run site, drive approximately 2km back to the main road.
Set Trip meter and turn left on main road.
Follow this road approximately 8.5km and turn right at traffic light. (Signs posted for Kota Damansara and highway)
After 50meters, turn left onto Jln TSB 9
Park 200 meters down the road. Sign posted for Oriental Aquatics Sdn. Bhd (Old fashioned British telephone box at entrance.)

Directions:
Find your way to Cheras and follow signs to 'Kajang', leading you onto the Lebuhraya Cheras-Kajang (E7), with Phoenix Plaza on your right.
Go straight through tolls and past junctions towards Semenyih and Seremban.
After 10km the E7 will finish, and you'll see Tesco on your right, and a traffic light about 1km after.
Keep going straight, and you'll find yourself on the LEKAS (Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban E21) highway, with a toll after another 9km.
On the LEKAS highway, keep straight for 23km, then turn left (exit 2104) to Mantin.
After the toll exit, follow the road to a traffic light and go left.
Drive for about 1km, seeing shop lots on your right, until you see the signboard of TAMAN BUKIT MANTIN. Turn right (you should now see Restaurant Ah Kim Soon immediately on your right hand side).
Follow the road uphill into Taman Bukit Mantin, and go straight for nearly 300 metres onto an uneven track. Continue for about 500 metres to reach an excellent parking side on your left.
NOTE: We will be running through commercial orchards - the fruit belongs to the farmers, so please do not take/eat any fruit.
On On: Restaurant Zuan Kee, Bandar Technology Kajang.
Go back to LEKAS highway, heading towards Kajang / KL.
Take the exit for Kajang.
Take the first left turn (after the Billion supermarket) into Bandar Technology Kajang.
After about 500 metres, turn left.
One day before the Ball-Breaker - a nice little leg-stretcher for the ball-breakees, and an easy work-out for those with sound balls (or no balls).

2.5km turn right (between telephone boxes and just before 10 storey flats on right hand side) onto rough road with potholes
3.0km (just after sharp left bend) turn right onto Jalan Manggis
3.2km turn left on Jalan Manggis
4.8km turn right onto Batu Dam Road
27.0km over bridge and turn left into Ulu Yam (signed Genting)
27.9km turn right (signed Genting)
30.0km (Lucky Like Restaurant) turn right (Signed Genting) - ON ON is here at Lucky Like.
35.0km (just before Milestone Genting 25km, and start of crash barriers on side of road) turn left into run site. (This is the runsite under the palm trees not the old nursery)
Important: Mosquito repellent is a pre-requisite for this run.

Directions:
1. From Jalan Ampang
Drive up Jalan Ampang out of KL, pass the British High Commission, Chinese Embassy and Russian Embassy on your right. At the traffic lights after PERKESO (Social Security Org.) Building, slip left onto Jalan Jelatek.
Proceed 1.85km with JELATEK and SETIAWANGSA LRT stations on your right.
On the 4th set of traffic lights, turn right under the LRT line onto Jalan Taman Setiawangsa.
[ Proceed for 0.75km, slip left at Petronas/traffic lights onto Jalan Bukit Setiawangsa. Proceed 1.6km onto PUNCAK SETIAWANGSA, turn right onto Jalan Puncak Setiawangsa 2 for 175metres to runsite.]

From Duta - Exit left E3306, slip right under Highway to Setiawangsa. Proceed 0.6km, slip left before traffic lights and under LRT line onto Jalan Setiawangsa.
