Subs are due at the beginning of each quarter after which you will have to pay a surcharge of RM10 plus your subs after the first month of the quarter. So instead of paying RM160 or RM65 for that quarter, you will have to pay RM170 or RM 75 respectively. After the second month of the quarter another surcharge of RM10 will be added.
